Return Policy

 

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if for any reason you are not satisfied with your delivered item. 
  • Please note that dropshipping cannot guarantee the availability of any specific products, and reserves the right to remove or alter the selection of products offered at any time. 

 

Items Eligible for Return

  • Your item must be unused or in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned including: 

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Dental Products and Devices (toothbrushes, mouthguards, scalers, etc.) 
  • Ear Care Products 
  • Feminine Hygiene Products 
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products, shavers, trimmers, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Returns- Terms and Conditions 

  • Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered. 
  • In the case of damaged or incorrect delivery of items, please contact us at info@shadbaad.pk or +92 318 5855503 and make sure to provide your order No. and images of the delivered item with visible issue for further evaluation. 
  • If this information is not provided, we reserve the right to refuse compensation or refund for damaged items. 

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shadbaad.pk .  We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. 
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Simply pack your items securely in the original packaging and attach the return shipping label.
  • Drop off your return package at any carrier location accepting returns for the designated courier service.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Refunds Policy

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@shadbaad.pk
  • Please note that return shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a problem at our side, for instance, if the wrong item is shipped.
